My teaching and leadership philosophy is based on students needs and our community. I value and encourage family engagement.

• Using IT tools to support my teaching and children’s learning:
I use a wide range of tools to compliment my daily classroom programme, as well as teaching the children to skills to use these tools
independently to aid their own learning.

I develop a safe and accepting learning environment for my students, where they can comfortably take risks and learn from them.
